Never mark, paint or deface the
tortoise's shell for identification. Instead take photos, with ruler in
the photo, every 12 months for identification of marks on shell. Never give
your address to ANYBODY except people you know well and have met personally
more than once. Do not show your tortoise to interested people however plausible.
